  • Krystiane Kober, Veterinary Assistant

    Hi There!!

My name is Krysti. I have been in veterinary medicine for about 8 years and I have loved every minute of it. I have had experience in some wild life rehabilitation but mostly I have been in small animal medicine. I am a huge fan of fostering animals until they are ready for their forever home ( Even if that home is mine).

I have 2 cats ( Zig Zag and Thomas) and 2 dogs ( Morgan and Junior) .  Three out of my four animals have been "foster failures" and have lived with me from the moment I brought them in the front door. My husband looooooves this special gift I have of bringing animals home and then they never leave!

My husband and I have three beautiful boys together. We enjoy tons of outdoor activities. Camping, fishing, hiking, playing in the snow.....you name it and we are down for it! I personally enjoy music, playing with my kiddos ( both 4 legged and 2 legged), being a wife and mommy, and doing my job here at Tyee Veterinary Clinic. I can't imagine a more fulfilling calling in life than the one I get to enjoy everyday!

    Beverley Hallett, Owner/Practice Manager

    Hi Everyone,

I grew up in eastern Canada and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1991. After working for over 30 years in Human Resource management and consulting with multinational companies, I finally found my true calling when I began working in our clinic with Ron back in 1998.  I have not looked back.  I truly love this beautiful area and working with all our wonderful clients and their pets.

Ron and I have a good partnership. I do all the easy stuff like book keeping, finance, administration, human resources, etc.  This leaves him free to do the important things, and what he does best, which is healing and taking care of your beloved pets.

In case you’re wondering why you haven’t seen me very much in the clinic for the last few years, it is because we have a very professional and caring staff that allows me the luxury of working from home.  I guess you can say I am semi-retired.
